Maui4-0.com is a family-owned partnership formed by the Watson Stanley family to independently own and operate unit 4-111 of the Kaanapali Alii Resort. Mr. Stanley, who founded and owns a fastener distributing company in Clawson, Michigan, purchased his first Maui property in 1975. Since then, he has upgraded his holdings to the current condo property in the Resort.

Classic Resorts, a multi-dimensional resort management company, manages the Kaanapali Alii complex, as well as several other resort complexes in Aspen, Colorado, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and the Lahaina Beach Resort in Maui. Our condo features over 1500 square feet of smoke free living space, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room complete with TV and DVD. The “Lanai” (balcony) offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and West Maui Mountains.
