PRICING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We charge a very reasonable rate starting from $350.00 per night (varies according to season) and require receipt of $500.00 for reservation confirmation. The Condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath -with Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room - Maximum Occupancy is 5 persons. We accept Personal Checks and Credit Cards. (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express accepted through PayPal.)

Full Rental Payment due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations must be received not less than 90 days prior to check in to receive full refund.

Peak Season may have a minimum stay requirement.
